The Corporate Trustee
The East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust Board of Directors acts as the Corporate Trustee for East Sussex Healthcare NHS Charity.
The Corporate Trustee sets the strategic aims, objectives and directions for the charity and ensures that the charity fulfils its aims, and is governed consistent with the requirements of the Charities Act 1993, the Charity Commission, and the Department of Health.
Meet the East Sussex Healthcare NHS Charity Committee
